Most families we meet are not confused because they haven’t tried; they’re confused because nobody has ever sat down and explained the differences in plain language.
That’s where we start. No tour schedule, no pressure. Just a conversation about what your parent can still do on their own, what they need help with, and what kind of setting would actually fit.
How we help
- We talk through your parent's day: mobility, medications, meals, memory, bathing, and how much help is realistic at home.
- We explain the real differences between levels of care, including what each one legally can and cannot provide in Utah.
- We help you narrow a long list of communities down to the two or three worth your time, based on care level, budget, and location.
- We help you know what to ask on a tour — staffing ratios, care assessments, what triggers a rate increase, and how a community handles a resident whose needs grow.
- We stay available while you decide, and after — the first month is usually when the real questions show up.

The honest part: our role, cost, and how this works
Our guidance is free to your family. We are an advisory service — we don’t own or operate any community, and care is provided by the community you choose. When a family chooses a community we introduced them to, that community may pay us a referral fee — the same fee whichever one you pick, so it never changes what we recommend. If the right answer is staying home, we’ll say so.
